A little Art Nouveau

'Art Nouveau's fifteen-year peak was strongly felt throughout Europe—from Glasgow to Moscow to Spain—but its influence was global.' - Wikipedia

This style is so classic that it would fit beautifully into a wedding theme. Since it's not a common style for 2009, it offers a real unique quality. And so easy to coordinate too.

Why didn't I think of that!?!?

The best invention that came out in a long time! I know this has nothing to do with invitations, but I had to post this! :) How many brides/bridesmaids had their heels sink into the grass? No more! Hurray!
Check out Solemates!

Henna Inspired

How much do you love henna? As much as me?
Indian weddings are always rich with vibrant colours and beautiful jewelry. Purple, burgundy and gold is the perfect combination for the 'WOW' factor. Your guests will be so excited to see what the wedding will look like after they see these invitations! (Picture the names in gold foil)

That is all. ;)

Sending samples to print today, so next week I should be putting up live pictures of what the finished products look like!

Exciting times!

Celtic Styles

Celtic patterns have always been so interesting that I was very excited to work on this one. I really wanted the pattern to pop so I gave it a bit of a blue and silver sheen. This would even look great with the pattern in silver foil!

Yellow and Turquoise

Now, you don't see many wedding's use yellow and turquoise but it works so well!  This beautiful yellow dress would look great with a turquoise necklace and purse. Yellow daises with turquoise ribbon, beautiful and affordable. Here I kept the invitations simple and really played with the colours. Enjoy!

Black Lace

I love the black lace in this bridesmaid dress with the simple red belt. Ivory and black with a hint of red. The colour pallet for this wedding makes it very easy to save a little money by using the ivory linens that the hall will already provide.  Think about using black lace around the clear vases with tall red lilies.  And since the rest of the wedding will be very white, wear a red wedding dress to really make a statement!
The invitations I've done here tie everything together.
